  5. Important: If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly advise refusing to accept the package. Once accepted, we cannot guarantee eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Refunds: Refunds are available for products that are mismatched or damaged, provided the following conditions are met:

    1. Eligibility: Submit a verifiable unboxing video within 24 hours of receivingthe               product.

    2. Video Requirements: The unboxing video must clearly show the product's condition,             highlighting any damage and discrepancies.

    3. Submission: Send the unboxing video to the email for our team to review.

 

Refund Process:

    1. Review: Our support team will review the unboxing video to verify the reported issues.

    2. Approval: If the claim is approved, we will initiate the refund process.

    3. Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the

       original payment method used during purchase.

    4. Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
